Breckenridge

hahaha! when i went to monarch, co and the hotel i stayed in reeked of dope, didn't notice it in breck though... but hey, that must be down with those kids on here who claim they have a couple of eighths dotting about!
All well and good untill someones gets hurt or worst by someone skiing UI with that shit. oh well shit happens.

america is so weird. So, Denver and Breck decriminalize pot, but the state still says it's illegal. so it's not really decriminalized. A lot like in Cali' where the state law allows shops to sell pot to people with a prescription for medicinal marijuana, while the DEA doesn't recognize the state law and shuts down the shops.

what's the point of changing laws at the town/city level, or the state level, if they higher ups in command don't recognize it? Seams counter-productive and will probably lead to more hassle and confusion than do any good.

whatever.

the state did say about breckenridge that they wouldnt interfere with the wishes of the local law enforcement, and the DEA stopped raiding dispensaries in Cali a while back...id say the higher ups are at least warming up to the idea?

"Buying, selling or growing cannabis will remain illegal in Breckenridge as will smoking or displaying it in public."

Sorry to sound stupid but how do you get weed legally then?

you have a medical license and you go to a dispensary. there is one in breck, frisco, and silverthorne. its pretty simple really.

this is also incredibly old news.

and one of the worst written articles i have ever read. i think a 6th grader must have written it, half of it was speculation.
