concert was too cold, we said fuck it, went back to josh's place got really blazed and watched ski movies. Session was sick, started off with the C rails. The first one was really short and quick, so it took a little to get the speed just right. Spinks and Jamin Kimmel both ended with a 270 off. Next was the C rail that curved to the right. That rail ended up about the same way, but it was a much shorter session. After that we session'd the flat rail. Spinks (me) was trying to nail a new grind, but it didnt work for the camera. Next we hit the Gap to Rail. The rail was a 35 foot double barrel style sloped rail. The gap is 15-20 feet or so. That session ended after each rider hit it twice. Jamin hit it 3 times, and finished off switch. He stuffed his tails in the soft snow and fell over. We laughed. Next we hit the trap rail. Josh hit it and accidently went up the first slope, gapped the top flat, and landed back on the down slope. How? We dont know either. It was sick. David Bird (vail, dynastar, dna) killed it by bonking every section. He also landed this switch. Next was the Rainbow. Josh Bryant, fucking talent in this kid now, cleaned it first try. Jamin followed and landed it switch. Spinks and Bird hit it a few times before getting it. We wont say how many.

After that we hit the famous raibow S rail at breck. Nobody got it, we were pretty bored and the wheather started to suck. So we moved on to the rail of death. If you have seen it, you know it. the Rainbow C to U. One rail that does a rainbow C to U. It is intense to say the least. We ended shortly after Jamin and Spinks both hit their ribs. Jamin was done after the was too far forward for the U and fucking put his hip into the top of the rail. We'll try to upload the footage. It was a knarly crash. Spinks ended after watching Jamin crash.
Sunday (today) started out with the same route, but since Bird left and Spinks needed to catch a ride home, the whole route minus rail of death was done in 45 minutes. Got photos, had to go home.
The rest of the day was a powder day in the park session. Needless to say, doing a rainbow rail to 6' fresh is sick. Especially switch. Word has it Josh Bryant cleaned the rail of death at the end of the day. He is going back up tomarrow to get it on tape.
