Not sure if this is a repost, but I did search.

What do you guys prefer for breakfast before a day of skiing? I got for a bowl of oatmeal, a banana, and some tea.

well last winter i worked for a tour operator in france and i'm doing it again this year so imagin its gonna be croisants cheese, ham and corn flakes to choose from, so i'll probably just have it all like i did last year.

my mtn is 3.5 hrs away so breakfast is like 2 meals for me.

but i start off at 4:30am with oatmeal, and a casein protein shake. I then drink a homemade coffee/frappacino drink along with gatorade and eat whatever i think looks good at the gas station(usually very stoned at this point). then right befor the mtn we stop and get three dollar menu breakfast burritos from mcdonalds, and a monster. then on the mtn, no lunch, just peach-o's

sausage egg bacon cheese on a bagel then a Red Bull or EmergenC energy drink mix. Usually too poor for lunch so just french fries or PBJ.

pussy!!!!!! and scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt and stuff. If im not to lazy, i just go through my entire kitchen and just toss random crap into an omelet. Nothin better than a cucumber, chicken and hotdog omelet

usually cereal. but sometimes a bagel or maybe some hotpockets. but i always pick up an iced coffee from mcdonalds on the way. they are delicious.

oh man,

quick days - 2 bowls of apple jacks, nutrition bar, some fruit

chillin mornings (rain) - A egg muffin, with sausage and bacon and fruit. MMM the whole deal

I made a thread about this last year, and it's not on the search.Straaaaaange.
Nonetheless: Challah French Toast. If you have not experienced it, I'm sorry.

sugarhood whole foods breakfast tacos. 1.49 a piece, so worth the bacony, eggy, cheesy greatness. and it's whole foods, so it has to be healthy, right?

before college:cereal, yogurt, some kind of fruit, and a nature valley bar.
in college:a shit-load of poptarts and water from the fountain

something with a TON of calories that tastes great and fills me up, cause I'm goin skiing where I will burn off everything I eat and don't want to buy overpriced food.

I usually ski up north in michigan and stay at my cabin. Biscuts and gravy make a delicious breakfast, so do waffles. Usually ends up being leftovers from the night before though, but its cool because it usually consists of mexican food, and tomales or enchiladas the next day are delicious

Normal Day: coffee and cliff bar, maybe cereal Hungover Day: coffee and the greasiest breakfast sandwich in Burlington, a rise 'n shiner from KKD.

kellys special: toast, egg, cheese, 2 bacons, egg, cheese, 2 sausages, toast. combine that with OJ and some hashbrowns and youre set. its a specialty at our hills caf.

a good omelet with fresh peppers, cheese, bacon and oignons mmmmm deeeliciousor a quick bagel with cream cheese does it for me
