I am looking for a new ski. I ski everything cause i am new in the "scene" of newschoolers. I will probably ski rails, boxes, jumps and a little bit of powder. So my question is: how long has the ski to be and are there significant charasteristics a ski should have?

my height: 6 ' 0 "

my weight: 169 lbs

thx in advance for your answers

I don't understand the wording of your question man. I think you're asking about length, specs, and stiffness. It kinda depends on the ski you pick, but you should be looking at a 180+ size ski (180, 181, 183, or 185). Park skis can vary a lot in specs and stiffness is personal preference. Sorry I can't be more help, but again I don't have a lot to work with, let me know what you're looking for and I can help more.

at first thx for your answer.

i just dont know which ski i should buy.

I wanna ski everything with them. Rails, jumps, backcountry. The last years i skied Atomic racing skis but now i wanna switch to twintips.

thx in advance

alright I got you now.
There are a lot of choices out there for multi-versatile ski. Some really good choices are:
- Line Anthems - soft and wide, awesome on rails, powder, and smaller jumps- Armada AR6 or Alpha (1 or 2)- the AR6 pretty much rips everywhere, the Alpha series is rockered so will give more float and more stability outside the park while making butters and presses easy.- Surface Watch Life or Nine Live - Watch Life is softer and wider (more all-mountain) while the Nine Life is thinner and stiffer (more park) but both can pretty much go all over- K2 Kung Fujas - Sick all over the mountain- ON3P Jeronimo - also kills it everywhere- Volkl Wall - Stiffer, 100% symmetrical ski, goes all-mountain pretty well
There are more, but those are some of my top picks for an "everywhere" ski (but I didn't look into size, so keep that in mind), hope that helps. If you have a ski you're looking at let us know and we can tell you if it's good for you.

You probably want something like Line Chronics. They seem to be a pretty versatile ski. And definitely look for a 180ish length.
