I've got like 3 months and I will be spending every other day in the gym for an hour after school

What are you looking to accomplish in the gym? There's a lot of things I could recommend but idk what to say without knowing your goals. All I can say generally is to eat clean and punish yourself for your gluttonous sins.

Backwards on treadmill

Bust out the pink weights

Gallon of milk a day only

Listen to halo reach soundtrack on full blast with bluetooth speaker

And dont forget yoga which means you have to buy a few pairs of 60 dollar yoga pants to show off your thick ass

You will ascend mentally and physically and

You will get all the dudes

basically get bigger legs and core and better flexibility and balance not completely new to this have been lifting for track and cross country for 3 years now

Start small. 12 ounce curls and work your way up, pounders, tall boys, possibly even 40s if you're getting strong.

100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and a 10km run. don't ever use air conditioning or any environmental temperature control of any kind. DO THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY. you may lose your hair though

Ride a bike. I ride 30+ Miles 4 days a week and then I run/lift the other 3. When I lift I like to focus on medium weights with bigger sets. I do legs 1 day a week and arms the other 2. Basically anything that works your core quads and hammies is good.

Ride your bike everywhere. Go on mountain bike trails. Skateboard. Walk/jog/run. Trampoline

Ive been riding my bike the 15 miles to work A couple times a week. I can feel how much stronger my legs are

Leg blasters. Leg blasters. Leg blasters. Only pre-season workout you need.

I saw the article on TGR(I think?) about leg blasters. Was out of shape and hadn’t worked out formally in a loooong time. Did the full workout as described and was sore for 3 days. It wasn’t a “hurts so good” kind of sore either. It was like if I take more than a 1.5 foot stride I’m on the floor in pain lol.

So I would recommend leg blasters as opposed to traditional weight lifting exercises for your legs because it’s more functional skiing wise.

If you want to lose weight/slim down, run for 40 minutes a couple times a week before hitting the gym. Weights will burn some fat but cardio is where you’ll burn the bulk of your calories and slim down. Otherwise you might see your self look bigger without getting rid of the flab.

Gyms are gross go summit a peak were there's fresh air instead of sharing the air in an enclosed environment with strangers.

Go get hired as a garbage man or a baggage handler.

Either of those jobs will make you literally 3 times stronger than you could possibly get from working out in a gym. Georges st pierre was a garbage handler before he got into mma.

You have to be careful riding on the road though.

Just drink a bunch of pre workout and protein shakes then keep sitting on the couch, you'll get shredded

Running, biking, hiking, you know what to do. It all starts with a diet too, have to eat healthy if you want a get good gains. Start out simple and basic, don’t go out super hard and kill yourself at first, work up to that. Train, have fun, eat good, have fun, party, have fun, I think you catch my drift. Good luck
