Boycott large corporations!

i can't stand stores like walmart, zellers, canadian tire and shit stores like that! i used to always shop in small stores that were specific to only a few things ie camera stores, cd stores, clothing stores but then all of them got put out of business because of large corporations like walmart and other crap like that! i can't stand shopping their either because no one that works there has a clue what theyre talking about or where stuff is!

How about boycott large stores, instead of corporations. Large corporations do a lot for everyone. even though the large stores are corporations, that doens't mean you should boycott them all. And how about you just make a it a persoanl choice and shop at smaller stores, instead of trying to organize boycotts. Wal mart gives a lot of people jobs that they would prob not be able to get other places.

Imagine the ns outcry if u(lateralis) were banned. There would be countless threads and petitions to bring u back, it would be like when treadway got banned from whistler. Someone would probably make and sell 'Free Lateralis' stickers and shit. -j
 
^^walmart is an incredibly destructive juggernaut that destroys the economic dynamic of small towns to big cities everywhere. i suggest you see a film called 'the corporation' which was NOT made by micheal moore.

I came in here to post about that movie. It's in video stores around here now, too. I'm going to buy a copy once I find somewhere selling it.

And no, Michael Moore is interviewed in it for a few minutes but it was made by people from Van city.

i know wal mart does some bad stuff and it's crappy. I don't agree with it. I said, don't boycott all corporations, just boycott wal mart. I don't like shopping there anyways, the check out lines are too long.

hahahaha...the old wal mart dilemna. the problem is, everyone knows what a destructive force that store is, yet everyone still shops there.

I hope that some day we will be able to put away our fears and prejudices and just laugh at people
 
Maybe we should put a "success limit" on people.

"Well sir, I know you have the money and the business sense to open another store in a different town, but that would make you, well, too successful. We're shutting you down. Instead of rewarding your obvious domination of your weaker competitors, as you might think we would in a merit based society, were going to get rid of you. Mom and pop that run the general store down the street arent smart enough to beat you, because all they can think to do is sell the same products that you sell, but do it less efficently.
