anyone have one of these? is it worth the money? i want to get some sort of home gym because i have no time to go to the gym anymore

depends how much you lift. after a certain weight the bowflex starts to rock back and forth if your 'benching' with it. some of the other exercises work really well but its limited, and doesnt really simulate working out, seeing as the rods snap back really fast.

i was going to go for a quad daffy but i was like, why huck? -mommy
 
I have a bowflex and I never use it. Partially due to the fact I'm lazy and I just don't like benching with it because it feels weird. I recommend just getting a curling bar with various weights so you could curl/bench/triceps/possibly do squats with it? Theres so many exercises that you can do without weights though, thus using your own body weight as resistance.

 
the crossbow works really good for me and its in perfect condition after 2 years i love it and its cheaper yay

yo FASTPACE, i was looking into the crossbar too, looks better than bowflex, cheaper and more versatile. how is it? my dads friends is a personal trainer and he says its a good buy

we have this thing called the Crossbow. it's so much better than the bowflex, more settings, more options, its just a lot cooler. it's the same concept, just a better piece of equiptment. and we have a whole freaking gym in our basement... so that is a very good thing to have if you want something thta will work alot of different stuff.
