well, its been over a year, but finally, in a couple of weeks, i get to go skiing, for one weekend, yay.

it sucks compared to how i was used to going every weekend for at least 4-5 months in the US, but what can ya do

the problem with australia, not so much lack of skiing, but it is so far from anywhere, no cicites near to the slopes, and its pointless to be anywhere near them in the summer.

so, i travel almost 8 hours each way now, and it sucks

cold?? what is cold for you??????? i skiied when it was -60 out! yes i got frost bitten and i haven't done it since but i am telling you when i skiied on the east coast of Canada i skiied every weekend even if it was -40 or -50 because i loved to ski! so really if you love skiing you will go up there and ski!

Haha, just kidding. Bodyboarding's a sick sport. It doesn't replace skiing but cherish the waves when mountains aren't available because you'll be itching for them when you have snow but no beach.

it is such a good season, i just had a week, dont go to perisher, the have a pipe and park but it is they gayest resort, thredbo is the best. they were cutting the pipe when i left so it should be going when you get there, the terrain park has the worlds smallest kickers because of litigation,if you want a big jump go out the back of karrols go straight out the back of the resort fot like 200m its right in front of you on a cornice, we built it last week, there is so much snow. if you go in the last weekend of august ill see you there.

8 hours my fucking ass, took us 6 on a coach 4 days ago, new roads open makes it fast, your right though, the mountains here are a real ghost town in the summer

well it seemed like 8 hours for me last time, prob cuz i left after school in a bloody bus and didnt get there till midnight or some shit, and i couldnt sleep cuz the gayass snowboarders of my school put on gay snowboard videos so loud i couldnt sleep
