Boulder Sub-lease for Spring 2013

Hey so I'm trying to take classes up at CMC next spring so I need to find someone to sub-lease my place for the spring semester. Since all three of them are skiers from CU Freestyle Ski Team I figured it would be cooler for them to live with an NS'er over a rando.

The address is 1427 18th street, and rent is $810/mo. Its a tight 4br place with new stainless steel apps, blah blah blah. Pretty much not your typical old shitty Hill house, actually a decent place.

We got a sweet 4 bedroom apartment with a huge open feeling. Loft overlooks living room and kitchen. All four rooms open up to private balconies and a remote control ceiling fan. We have off street parking and are located just down the hill from campus. (5 min walk) Dishwasher/dryer. All of the roomates are huge skiers, two out of the three are on the CU Freestyle Ski Team and are very chill with just about everything. Neighbors are tight. Oh and we have zip-lining parachuting Grateful Dead Bear just because we are that badass.

I need to find someone to sublet for me during spring semester because I am moving up to Breck for the winter. (Sub-letting from me would also ensure you a place to stay in summit!!)
