Bought new boots, shop says need bindings adjusted?

so i retired my ft booters and bought some Salomon's, shop says i need to adjust my bindings to fit my new Salomon's... when i tried them on my skis they seems to fit fine, what are they referring to ?

or are they just trying to score some extra cash?
 
you're not a shop tech, you probably need to get your shit adjusted to make sure the boots fit the bindings as perfectly possible. you might be able to click in as they are right now, but they might not be as tight as can be (though you can't tell visually).
