Bottom Shelf Vodka -> Brita = Goose?

i havent seen the mythbusters but i cant imagine it's true. otherwise why wouldnt the vodka company just throw their shit through a brita a couple times and charge way more? doesnt make any sense
 
Filtering shitty vodka through a charcoal filter does help though. It doesn't make it a TON better, but run the handle through a brita filter a few times and it is noticeable. I've tried it before so I can vouch for it
 
Nothing grosser to drink in my opinion that terrible vodka.....do yourself a favor and just buy some whiskey/tequila.

Taaka aside, that stuff is great!

Or if need be.....add Skittles overnight.
 
ya it does work but it's more cost efficient just buying the premium vodka than using the filter, filters are expensive and it ruins them after everytime. I think thats the conclusion they came to on mythbusters.
 
Yea I went on a filtering spree one night when I was drunk and now my filter doesn't even let liquid through. I filtered some vodka and then some gatorade. I thought my gatorade was going to become some awesome sweet drink, it came out as water :(
 
i've done it before, if you run it through the filter a few times there is a notable difference. dont plan on re-using the filter for water after though
