Bottom buckles, who uses 'em?

I have wondered what those two bottom buckles have been for my whole life. How would you use them anyways?

I've got a 3 buckle boot (dabello) and i'd say about 1/2 the time I dont buckle the bottom buckle, it doesnt really do anything.

Ok I am glad your brought this up because I already didn't use bottom buckles besides buckling them loosely to keep them from hanging up on stuff as you guys pointed out. Now they are selling BOA lowers which to me was already pointless and now you have this.

Go actually try one on. You will see exactly why they are great. Buckles just create downward pressure. Causing unnecessary hot spots.

The boa shell actually wraps the foot. It’s a huge difference.

while I bought into the idea of it I didn’t pull the trigger until I actually tried them.

2nd from bottom i'm considering removing entirely
