Where is the best place to ski within an hour or two from Boston? I've been living here since September, and have no idea where I should go.
 
Looking for actual skiing. I am in my mid 20's and haven't skied in 5 years. I might go into a park once in awhile but not too much.
 
go three hours and ski mount snow. pats peak is an hour and twenty and its better than nashoba and wawa. but loon is probably what you want
 
If you want really close and suprisingly big, check out sunapee, it's 1.5 hrs and usually way less crowded than the nh mountains up 93. Mount ellen is super legit too if you want to drive further
