Boreal update 12/16/2006

we moved alot of features around last night for todays Snowbomd event and things will probably stay that way for a few days while we make snow with these cold temps. Currently we have about half of our snowmaking dedicated to the superpipe and jumps in the upper night park area. Tonight more snowguns will be brought on line as the temps drop into the single digits. The silver lining in a s#$tty situatiion..the snowmaking line heading out towards the Lost Dutvhman is frozen which really sucks for opening more beginner terrain..however, if they can't get it going tonight then those would be new guns will be placed back at either superpipe of night park area.

current line up:

claimjummper line as follows-

24ft flat box

32ft flat/down box

start bump(from contest)

mini stall wall on 5ft tranny

Accelerator line as follows-

40ft down rail

36ft d/f/d box

36ft up/down box

in all the shuffling to s-box has been temp removed.

so the pipeline to the dutvhman remains frozen..as a result we had nearly half of our total snowmaking output going on the superpipe. if the winds stay from the west we will be looking mighty fine for the superditch alot sooner than later. I'm off for a few days but when I get back we should start pushing snow for both the upper jump line and the superpipe.
