Boreal Superpipe open plus weekend storm!

For the 5th year in a row Boreal opens the first superpipe in Tahoe. Upping the Ante this year it is also the first superpipe open in California! Currently the only other superpipes open in the US are Breck and Copper. This year we have increased the pitch of the pipe to 17deg with the aid of our new winch cat which makes cutting so much better. Come out and get it today and tomorrow before DEEPcember throws another storm our way...6-10ft forecasted fri-tues!!!

This next storm should do us nicely to open the SHRED park out on Dutchman in mid season form. However, first priority will be rebuilding the mini-shred, lower CORE and Jumpline, followed by digging out the pipe and expanding to the upper CORE park as well. With the hoilday crowd upon us after this storm we will take a breather then start on SHRED soon after the holidays.

ohhh, kinda cool crazy stat given the snow this year...we are already staring our 11th park build of the year in the face and its not even xmas yet. what a snow year so far! We will have done another 6 park builds after this storm before we even get to the first park build out on Dutchamn.
