Have you guys ever finished going off of a jump and it feels like your feet are going to come out of your boots? What the hell is that! Like after i land my boots feel super loose and i have to tighten them up. But in the beginning of the day i would never be able to put them on that tight. Is is just the heat or something?

that weird maybe its just your boots cause thats never happened to me

Well i'm wearing Salomon's and they are new. Just bought them this year. SO i don't know what could be wrong with them. (they are the ones where there are only 2 buckles) Could that be a problem?

what model is that? that sounds kinda strange...

do your boots have a strap? if not look into getting new boots or buying a strap for the top of the boot. that should help with them loosening

K2 - it sounds like you have one of the Verse boots. The colour would tell me which one: CF (blue), AF (grey), TF (black w/yellow) Basic (black w/red).

A few things come to mind:

1. The boot size is wrong for you (too big)

2. The CF and AF model have thermal liners, so they'll warm up, get softer, and pack out, the longer you stay in the boot.

3. The boot is designed for a very recreational skier. Adding aggressive activities, like jumping, is outside the performance envelope of the boot so the speed laces will loosen anyway.

Tightening is not unusual. Temperature changes thoughout the day, and season, have a large impact on fit as well. They're nice in the dead of winter, but murder in the spring and summer (glacier skiing).

Hope this helps.
