Depends on the binding, but going down one shell size is GENERALLY ok..
As i said though, it depends on the binding itself and also how the binding was initially set up/what position on the heeltrack the heelpiece was set at.
It also depends on th company, because they use the same shell for different size boots, so even though you are going down .5, it couls still be the same sole length. If the shell size is different, you should be fine, as long as the binding isn't at the end of a track.
yeah well my boots right now are the salomon foils but they are a bit big so i was going to get the spk kreation or kaos so i wasnt sure if it will work or not
ok sorry for the double post but i just found out the SPK 28.5's sole length is 327 and my boot as posted has 335 but i tryed my dads boot in my binding and it has a 322 it doesnt click in will the 327 maybe work??
Did you adjust the binding or literally get the boot and try to stamp it in.
What bindings have you got?
You may be able to get into a 28.0 (325BSL) SPK, they pack out loads and because of the extra width than the foil they are generally good.
The foil is a fairly narrow boot though and the SPK is a boat. You sure they fit you correctly?
well im not sure if they fit yet cause im in nebraska so i dont have a shop that sells em so im waiting til i go to colorado in november and im gonna try them and buy em if they fit i just got bored so i posted way early haha
