Boot Size+Pain HELP ME OUT

Just got 06 1080's in size 26. I have wide feet. They fit perfect lengthwise but hurt a little width wise like they are crusing my foot into being not as wide. Is a half size up just wider cause that's what I need. I have heard the half size up of a boot is just wider and that would be perfect. PLEASE HELP ME.

a lot of boots are made in slimmer and wider sizes but if you wear the boots for a while they will break in probably

wear them and they will break in and if they dont then bring them to a shop and they can grind down the inside

they break in...i had the same problem. but after like 2 or 3 weeks, they fit fine. jus the shinbang is a problem now...

if they dont break in/pack out good enough after a 2-3 weeks (depends how much u ski) then the shop can grind on the inside or heat up the plastic and stretch it out where you need it...

and to you who has shinbang... sounds like you got a horrible fit altogether because shinbang shouldnt be a problem after owning boots for a month...
