Boot Problem

5th day using them. Has this happened to anyone? Also why should I do? The screw snapped in half and is still in the boot.

Go back to the place you bought them and show them. A good shop will swap them and deal with the warranty. You clearly got a defective boot.

K2 fucked up unless you went at these with a hammer.

Yup! That’s a warranty replacement if it just happened while skiing.

If they can replace the walk mode they’ll do that, if not it’ll be the boot

Yeah just talk the shop you got them from this will be a simple replacement. Weird case that, how did you do it?

Also just looking at the picture what happened to the bottom screw? There was not just one screw in the walk mode lever was there?

No both the top and bottom screw snapped in half. I wasnt doing anything crazy either. I got off the lift and my boot felt really loose and I look down and the lever is on the ground.

Wtf. I’m no metallurgist so I won’t speculate too much, but bad batch of screws maybe.
