My boots are currently more of a comfort fit riding a 25.5 drop kick pro I want to move down to a 24.5 but can’t find any in a 24.5 any other brands that fit similar to ft or maybe a little tighter

You know who would know? And also help a lot? And fix any issues you have? And maybe make you a better skier? Or at least more comfortable? A boot fitter. Go see one.

Then go back to your bootfitter and tell them you want your boots tighter. Dropping a size does not guarantee a tighter fit except in the length.

Was in a different state when I saw the boot fitter because they are rare in my area so going back may not be an option

Boot fitter....after ignoring all of ns and buying full tilts even though they don't fit my foot I went to one. Full tilt buckle system is unique but I've found the 4 buckle "classic two piece" alpine boot gave me better heel hold/performance

Then you need a better boot fitter. A real one, not just some shop bro who sells boots.

Real bootfitter here. If you're looking for mens boots in that size you probably won't find anything anywhere, particularly this time of year. Essentially what are the problems you're having? Toe bang? Shin bang? Heel Lift? Side to side movement?

It’s honestly a good fit I just have a preference of really tight might buy one shims/buckles to make things a little tighter

Yeah I'm the same. Thicker/higher volume insoles like Superfeet Greens have worked for me in the past. You can also just trace some thin material in the shape of an insole and put it under whatever insole you already have in there. Intuition also offers thicker/denser liners as well which could be something to think about.
