I watched it last night and holy fuck its my new favorite movie...its just so well done and hte story is so cool and its well acted too. definatly one of the best movies i have ever seen.

if you liked that movei watch "lock stock and 2 smoking barrels" another great movie with english/british people. same idea as b.saints.

boondock is nuts though. i had never heard of it and then we watched it in philosophy class. defiently one of the best ive ever seen.

and ive heard the sequel takes place right from where the first left off in the court room. similar story line, but roccos dead and the father helps as a saint to go after the underground mafia

I thought it was a really badass movie but it had a really terrible script. Like alot of the lines were just really really awkward and unnecesary.

ITs an awesome movie, but its all about style over substance. I would compare it to a less flashy but more understandable "snatch" and "lock stock"

And I'll tell you one more thing: I faked every orgasm!
 
the point of the movie and the acting and the writing was to be a little more down to earth then a full out hollywood blockbuster movie.

i think if you understood the movie, the themes, the setting, and the characters, you would understand the writing.

They didnt have nearly the amount of money to make alot of crazy shit happen, but I think thats what made it cool. Its hard to find a good "underground" movie. Go to www.boondocksaints.com for info about the sequel.
