Phish has confirmed eight shows for the remainder of 2003. The quartet will ring in the New Year with a four-night holiday run, December 28 - 31 at American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL. There will also be four shows beginning in late November: Friday November 28 at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY, Saturday November 29 at Wachovia Spectrum in Philadelphia, Monday December 1 at Pepsi Arena in Albany, NY and Tuesday December 2 at the FleetCenter in Boston. The December 2nd show will be a celebration of the band's 20th anniversary.

While it was originally believed that the group's first show was October 30, 1983 (the famous 'Thriller' ROTC Halloween dance at the University of Vermont), the gig was actually a Christmas semi-formal held at the same location on December 2.

theyre the best damn band in history

their crazy jam songs are mind boggling on how they go on, and still sound great. their non-jam songs are all wicked, their lyrics are insane.
