I need some advice. So some friends and I are driving out to park city for spring break and I'm wondering if I should bring the devils lettuce with me or not. My question is, is it sketchy taking weed from Colorado into Utah?

Dont get pulled over. If you do, be prepared to eat, or prepare your anus. They will profile you hard, esp if you have a ski rack loaded up, a bunch of long haired degenerates and rolling in a whip with greenie plates.

My exact thoughs, Ive driven through a lot of east coast states and never saw any boarder patrol.

If one more person spells it boarder in this thread I'm going to freak out.

However, they have been known to profile WA and CO plates especially in states that border. But drive the speed limit, wear your seatbelts, don't smoke in the car. SWIM has made many trips across state lines with illegal narcotics aND has never had a problem. Even if you get pulled over as long as they can't smell it they can't do anything. No need to be paranoid about a lil half zip or something.

I've driven all around and besides entering California (which are only concerned about produce, no?) I'm pretty sure there's no bo(a)rder guards/patrol. If they've started this practice then America is totally fucked and you guys seriously need to overthrow your government - seriously. Land of the free, but you going to jail if you leave your home*.

*no gurantee that staying at home will keep you out of jail. All freedoms null and void if we don't like the looks of you.

If they pull you over And have no reason to then they are violating your constitutional rights. You cannot be detained by an officer without reasonable suspicion of a crime and your vehicle cannot be searched without probable cause. Theres all sorts of ways you can get away from officers if they are profiling Vehicles

There's boarder patrol at most or all ski areas that accept snowboarders onto their patrol.

There's border patrol along the border of California. The border crossings there are similar to the border crossings between the United States and Canada (though smaller and simpler). No border patrol or gates in Utah or Colorado (or any other state, as far as I know).
