Boarder Dies at Whistler

that sucks to hear. RIP.

whis is just having a horrible start to the season. one death, one gondola collaspe and no base. but at least its snowing now.
 
i know man, i was thinking the same thing... that is definitely no good... best rgds to the family for sure.

as for whistler having a rough start right before the olympics coming in... that does really suck... and also since i'm heading up there in about a week...
 
2 deaths, that one on the 23rd and another kid died on christmas eve. I dont know where the story is on that one though, and some other kid broke his femur in the park the other day....
 
really shitty to hear guy was a pretty good friend of mine when he lived her such a good kid to so sad to see best wishes to the family r.i.p sambo
 
yea it sucks, and a 47 year old guy died for the same reason 2 days later. the rocks on whistler are deadly right now, i was maching down whistler downhill when i hit a random rock when there were none in sight, in the middle of the fucking run. ski popped off, turned 90, caught the edge, and WHAM goes my head on the ice. thank god for helmets, i could have had serious damage if i wasnt wearing one. oh yea and the rock kinda blew out my sidewall on my new anthems :@ and now my neck hurts
