bmp to gif/jpg?

is there any way to convert a bmp image to a gif or jpg?

(the symbols make it look cool)
 
or any other image editing software. hell, even acdsee can convert it for you.

it's true... just go to download.com.. there is bound to be a free program that can do it for you.

The reason you couldn't change your picture is because you uploaded a gif, then a jpg... it checks if you have a gif first, so when you uploaded the jpg, it just ignored it...

It might be the exact opposite (jpg then gif), but either way, that was the problem... I'll have to fix that.

if u have netscape communicator, it has netscape Composer, go into it, then click the Insert Image Button, then select your .bmp image, it will convert it to .jpg in the quality you want.

download this , then open up the menu and scroll down to preferences, click, head to the tab (the one), change the thingy and your done.
