blurring of page

when I am on NS every once in a while everything blurrs when I scroll down and the bottom bar of Internet Explorer flashes the message 'Opening pagehttps://www.newschoolers.com/PHP/Chat/side/display.php...

also after I have visited newschoolers I sometimes get the same error and flashing message even on other sites

I think it does that when the quickchat reloads itself with more words wisdumb.

I forgot about that. That is pretty strange.

it happens to me too. sometimes when im typing it wont actually type and these little bars come up in place of the letters. but once the page stops loading its all good
