on the crimson room thread a bunch of people are doing the blue chamber and there are a bunch of hints there. but i could help you if you need help with this one

k well i got the pen, paper, and wrote help me, then sent it up the chute. well you have to get the capsule from the chute to send stuff first. it comes back and get the money from behind the picture frame, then pick up the phone and dial the letters that correlate with the numbers on the phone. the skull and crossbones is the star on the phone. then he'll say ok and you send the money in the capsule and you'll get a key back. use the key to unlcok the door. write on the omney too. i don't know if you have to but i did and it worked so yeah....there's my walkthrough

how do you get the money? i can move the frame around, but see no money....

click on the top right of the frame, then top left, and then the center of the bottom. the money should pop up
