Bloom outerwear logo conspiracy?

Hi folks, I accidentally clicked on some click-bait ad for some strange newsletter called "Laissez Faire" or something along those lines. Nothing unusual here, until I noticed at the bottom of the page the logo for the publisher, Laissez Faire Book Club. It was nearly identical to the Bloom outerwear logo. To me, it looks like one of the two companies ripped off the other in the creation of the logo. What do you guys think? (also unsure if I successfully added the image of Laisssez Faire Book Club logo, but I'm sure someone will call me out if I didn't so just look it up if so)

Logos are definitely very similar, but not sure they're exactly the same. Likely a coincidence due to the simplicity of the logo's structure.

Interesting. My college roommate designed our logo in the dorms so it's original. I doubt other companies stole it from us. As someone said above, it's fairly generic. I've seen a couple other companies using a similar style logo. Not that hard for a designer to come up with that independently. Probably time for a rebrand, eh?

It's probably not intentional. I doubt that they wouldn't have been called out for it yet if they did steal the logo. Similarly, my friend's dad was starting a business and was inadvertently using an almost exact replicate of the outdoor technologies logo. These things happen and are very rarely intentional.

better buy bloom stuff before they change the logo.

I was reading this post earlier today and just so happen to be cruising Facebook and noticed that DOWNDAYS has the same type of logo as many posted on here, with a lightening bolt type design on the bottom. I'd agree that it's a generic character used

I let wesley snipes know so that when he breaks into the whitehouse through the tunnels underneath he can tell the president directly.

You can't trust anyone these days. This conspiracy surely goes to the top.

FREEEEEEEDOMMMMMM
