Hey all, so it's early season and i have two killer blisters on the backs of my heals. One has popped, the other still has the skin attached. Heres my question to you, anyone have personal remedy's for their feet when you get blisters?

I'm going to say leave the one with skin attached alone and exposed to air, and then yous some peroxide for the other and keep it exposed so it can dry up and heal.

feel free to post your fix.

Cheers

mole skin over the blister with neosporin on the wound. change the mole skin, and ointment every 6 hrs

i dont have any remedy to cure when you already have a blister, but i know something that prevents.

The Band-aid blister stick works like magic.

rub that shizz on where you usually get blisters, and they will never come again.

Mole Skin or 2nd Skin, whichever. Get whichever one has more of a gel consistency.
and KEEP THAT GEL OR OINTMENT ON THERE ALL THE TIME for about 48 hours and it'll be fine. if you let it dry out it'll just burn like fuck until it heals, and that'll blow.

I prefer preventative options that prevent blisters from occurring.

Sounds like you need new boots or to tighten the boots properly.

Wear pantyhose under your ski socks. You can get ones that only go above your knee or something. I got blisters during football, and I wore some that went a bit above the ankle, and it helped a bunch.

pop it with a needle then put super glue over it, new-skin works too but its more expensive. I used it for bassball and the blister will be a callis very quickly

these work wonders and will heal your blisters in 2 or 3 days

so i play hockey ski and rollerblade so ive had these ankle blisters

honestly, the best thing for me is to pop them (which sucks balls) and then just tape them. put a bandaid on first, then used medical tape or something that wont hurt like hell and you pull it off.

imo.
