I wanted to quote that better than it turned out, but it killed the formatting. Anyways, you said you didn't like the browser. Look up Opera Mini Beta, supposedly it is a HUGE improvement for the BB browser. It is much faster and easier to use and displays pages alot better. In future OS upgrades I'm sure the BB browser will be fine tuned, but for right now the Opera Mini browser is supposedly the shit.
As for your screen not pressing, you should talk to Verizon and complain. You will have to wait until either Dec. 5th or Dec. 15th if you can work out to getting a new phone, but from what people are saying the screen click is a hit or miss. Some storms click with ease, others have corners that REALLY SUCK. It sounds like yours might be one of the ones that isn't working too well and Verizon should warranty it for you.
You also may want to check out crackberry and look up some tips. There are a couple settings you can change to make the Storm work drastically better.
