Blackberry Help

i searchbared and didnt find any similar problem.

the problem is that on my blackberry(not sure which model) the tracking ball rolls but the selection box on the screen will not move. it hapeened once before and i let the battery run out but since it has a battery life of 15 days i need a faster way to fix this. any suggestions would be very appreciated

Your best bet is to call blackberry tech support. My clicker wouldnt work on the track ball. Called them, sent it away, few weeks later they sent a new Bberry. These things are mad complicated to deal with. Leave it to the pros.
