No its legit. Works for anyone. Sign up at Bing cashback. Then login at bing.com then go to cashback, then to cashback store, click on store link and any items purchased will get rebate in acct. Takes 30-60 days and rebate is avaiale. You can have acheck sent or have paypal transferred. i ahve made over $300 back. Go forth
