Bindings?

I currently ride MARKER GRIFFONS, with my dins set at 10, with the max din at 13. I'm looking at getting the Atomic FFG 10 Bindings, which only go up to 10 Din max is it fine for me or should I go and get a binding that is slightly higher than 10 or dose that not matter.

Im currently 10 stone, 145 IBS, I ride pure park as I ski indoors small jumps shite tons of rails though.

If you are an aggressive skier, I would not look at the FFG 10. It's kind of an entry level binding. It has the Salomon Quadrax toe,which has a tendency to pre-release during hard skiing.

Also, if you are currently riding your Griffons at 10, you would have no room to progress on a 10-DIN binding.

Why are you getting new bindings? What's wrong with the Griffons?

well there currently on my Elan's which I use for teaching. People learning often like to stand on your skis and ski into them. so they get damaged a lot plus the Magic carpet and the various metal grating around the lift damages them hence why the bases are messed up with rubber stained into them and the top sheet is delaming in less than a season.

Even a beat up park ski would look and last better than my elans ha yeah its because I get a good pro deal on a pair of skis with the FFG 10 so wondering whether its worth getting them without the binding but from you said as said get another binding.

I wouldn't bother with that binding. If they will offer that one to you, they will probably offer you a different one as an upgrade. Tell them you want something like theAtomic version of the STH2 13/16.
