Bindings tearing out of punx

Hi guys, my little bro just called and told me he has just had his heal piece of his griffons tear out of the ski on his new atomic punx. These are both brand new skis and bindings, only skiid a couple of weeks on them. They are the 2017 punx I think, and 2018 griffons. Wouldn't think anything of it except his last pair (exact same set up but earlier models) did exactly the same.

Has anyone else had this problem with the atomics?

The skis are sick to ski but obviously this is concerning.

Sounds like a bad mount if they are that new, hard to tell without seeing them. Take them back in to where you had them done, unless you mounted them yourself.

Yeah it seems that way, but the guys who mounted them have done all of our previous set ups too and they have always been sound, it's only the punx that have done it! ( plus they are in the UK and my bro is currently in Austria.)
