Can i put Rossi bindings on the suspects because i hate my salomon bindings

no it doesnt matter unless a shop cant mount bindings because they dont have the right stuff

Generally the only time binding compatibility becomes an issue is with carve skis that have integrated plate systems (in that case often the ski manufacturer will have an alliance with a binding company (e..g K2 + Marker, Rossi + Rossi/Look, Salomon + Salomon, Head + Tyrolia etc..
With a flat ski like all twins, no dramas.
The other implication is with brake widths, but the Suspects are only 86 underfoot, so you won't really have a problem..Maybe a slight bend, and you can always get widebrakes for most bindings these days anyway..
