Bindings mounting

I tried out my buddy’s arv 100s last season and was ripping the trees and moguls with them and they were so fuckin playful I loved it. I’m not a big park guy although the jumps are fun but I don’t fuck with the rails like he does. Where do you guys think I should mount the bindings since I’ll primarily use them like another all mountain ski? Preciate any advice

What skis are you coming from?

I'd probably mount in the middle of the two lines. Were your buddies mounted on the freestyle line? Center? Did they feel short in the nose?

Imma hit him up, it was a pow day and they felt a little divey so I assume they were farther forward. Would shooting for center be the safest bet to use as all mountains?

No mounting further back is better for all mountain. If you're skiing park almost all the time center mounting or a couple cm back is good. A lot of people here like that freestyle close to center feel and mount other skis closer to center than the recommended point. Honestly you're probably overthinking this entirely. Just go with either of the recommended lines on that ski or somewhere in between.
