bindings detachment

I have power 120 bindings (I think it's same as look pivot 12 lifter) and I was wondering that I take that lifter thing off. But if I take bindings off and mount them again in to same holes doesn't it damage holes somehow (because of the glue)?

And when I take lifters off are bindings same as those what don't have them?

 
you cant do it for a couple of reasons. first off, when you take the lifters off to mount them with out the lifters, the screws will be too long and prolly go through the base, causeing extensive damage. Sencond off, the bindings that you are trying to make (Power 120's with out lifters) still have lift, its just like a 2-3mm lift. my recomendation would just be to go to a shop and have them do it. it wont cost alot and the shit will get done right. Plus that way you have the correct forward pressure, and din setting.
