I've dealt with two different bindings.

On my rail skis, I have Salomon 900S. Din up to 14, all metal construction. They are tanks and have been with me the past 3 years. Very durable binding, and I've only had them release when I didnt want them to about 3 times over the years. I always destroy the brakes on them tho.

Other skis, I've had look p10/p12 jibs. Durable as well, havent had them as long as the 900S tho. Never release except when I want them do. So I have been very happy with both overall.

As for anything else, don't know! Haven't ridden on em.

The Deadbolts are sick and super solid, I like markers besides that because I break everything else even more
