alright, i'm 6 foot, 170 lbs. 179 PEs with Salomon 912 Ti binding and a 1080 boot. What would you recomend my din setting as well as how far up I mount the bindings. Im about 50/50 park/all mountain and when in the park I do some rails, not too many. any help would be appreciated.

Here's a tip: next time you ask people on NS to give you your DIN setting, include a bootsole length. You can't determine proper DIN(from the chart) without a bootsole length. Go read the thread about getting fucked by your ski shop to learn more, including a link to an online DIN chart.

shops have machines to test your bindings before they give em back to ya for a reason...

ya but for some reason everytime my shop sets my din its always way to low and i pop out even when i'm skiing shit like moguls. last time i had the shop set my din they set it to a 6.

well maybe when you start marking level 3+ skier instead of 1 you will get a higher din.
