Binding Recommendation Please

I just acquired a pair of last years Kung Fus and I was wondering what kind of binding to mount them with. I'm 5' 10" 160 and my boots are about a 320 bsl. I new to the park but I've been hitting the 25 - 30ft. jumps and I drop the occaisional cliff when the snow is soft (nothing more than 25 ft.) Last year I px12s and loved them until I ended up breaking the heel piece so I think I need something a little burlier than that. What do you recommend? Your responses will be rewarded with karma.

the marker griffon schizo 12. they would be perfect for what you are doing cause you can move them forward towards centre when hitting jumps but them drop them back for hitting cliffs and skiing powder.

I have those on my hellbents which I haven't skiied real hard yet since I got them at the end of the season. The design honestly looks a little sketch to me. I also just checked out the only review on them (on NS) and he said he broke two pairs in one season anybody else had any experience with this binding?

I ride a pair of Kung Fujas with the marker schizo 12. Combining those two make it one of the most versatile skis on the market. I've ridden everything from pow, moguls, groomers, park (boxes, rails, xl jumps), cliff drops etc it'll do it all. And I'm not easy on them either. the most I've done on a cliff is about 30' and 50' for park jumps. I've never had em slip backwards or forwards or rip out of my skis...

...Sounds great right?! Well I sure as hell love 'em but on the very last run of the very last day of the season the heel piece on one of the bindings broke. And it wasn't anything crazy either, just a normal 10' hip through the park...Looks like the part that broke isn't metal but rather a plastic type composite material.

Because it broke within a year of getting it, I got a new pair of the same bindings from Marker under warranty. But for more durability I'd probably look at the Jester. It's got more metal components and still offer the Schizo system if you want it (which I never had an issue with)

I think for your ski type i would go for the Peak 15's by Tyrolia or the Deadbolt 15's by 4FRNT, they are basically the same binding but i got the 4FRNT deadbolts for cheaper so yeah plus they look frickin swicked. These are a super bombproof and durable binding. Not to light not to heavy and they have a really low ride height which makes them super good in the park :)

tyrolia peak 15's, head mojo 15's, 4frnt deadbolt 15's, all the same bindings but they are such good bindings. been suggested twice and i gotta give another vote for them, you can find em cheap and they are bombproof bindings.

Thanks everybody, glad I decided not to go for the griffons (my original plan). Just gonna shop around and find a good deal on some deadbolts, mojos, or FKS 140s. Karma to all!
