Binding Re-Drill

Bindings are currently set for a 28.5 boot and need to use a 26.5, assuming they will need to be re-drilled. They are currently true center mounted. What do shops generally do for this? Move toe and heel in? Toe back? Heel forward? Will I be able to tell the difference from a true center mounting?

Any info thanks, if there's already a thread for this my apologies.
 
they might be able to adjust without re-drilling, but that is unlikely, if they didn't re-drill they would be moving the heel and u would end up forward of center
