Binding problems

I have look px12 bindings and today one of them was releasing way too easily. By the end of the day I realised that I could just twist my foot out of it.

I weigh 11 stone and have the DINS at 9 so thats not the problem.

I noticed that on the offending binding the heel piece has slid back on the tracking plate a centemetre or so. I guess this is the problem but am not sure how far foreward these should be slid. Should you just slide them right up against your boot?

What is foreward pressure?

cheers

just lift the tab on the back of the binding up and slide the heelpiece forward. click your boot in and make sure that little yellow dial on the back of the heel piece is centered and you should be good to go.
