I know there are a lot of threads on binding mounts and I searchbarred and couldn't come up with anything sufficient so hear it goes.

I just wanted to make sure, I have bindings already mounted on my skis for a ~315 BSL. My boots are 345 BSL. I cannot just adjust the heel piece right? I have to remount? Or no? Help is appreciated
 
Yeah pretty sure there's not a lot of bindings out there that will give you 30mm on the track. You're almost certainly going to have to remount. Completely ignoring the fact that you'll end up approximately 1.5cm behind whatever mount point was used originally.
 
Yep, 30mm is more adjustability than will be in heel piece. The larger range of a dust ability in a heel piece I know of is on the STH/FFG series bindings which have 17mm.
