Man that sucks and is super lame of the shop. You should definitely get them corrected- the easiest way to save these is have the guys refund the cash for your mount, take them to a much better shop, and have them install some quiver killers in the correct spots.
Because they are probably off by less than an eight of an inch, you can move the holes over a little without risking pullout and have them aligned correctly. The shop should be pretty legit and know how to use a mill or end mill in a drill press, cause their jigs aren't going to save you. If you are around lower Michigan I can fix them for you. Sorry man, I get so angry every time I see a botched mount.
And tell these guys they should give you free shit or new skis first, see how it goes. If they treat you like shit, make sure you post up on here who they are so nobody else gets screwed over by them.
And check the forward pressure if you know how, if they don't know how to align a mount, they may have the forward pressure wrong and that's why you are prereleasing.
