So I bring my skis to my basement to put do some waxing. I lay them

down, go upstairs to grab a gummy stone, and when I come back I see

this and think wtf? No idea how this happened, it was literally fine a

second before, unless I somehow didn't notice it. Any idea what I could

do to fix it? I tried prying back the metal thing a little and sliding

the bottom of the black heel piece the way it seems like it should go,

but it wasn't havin. Ideas? Do I have the right idea and just need some

more elbow grease? Shop work needed?

Yeah Look/Rossi/Dynastar brakes are always breaking. I would just try to fix it yourself and if you can't just buy a new brake. You might be able to find a cheap one on NS.

PM "japanada" im pretty sure he has a brake he might wana sell.

I've broken two of those breaks in the last 6 Months just from landing too hard on them

Thanks guys, I'm assuming I could just take these to a shop and get new brakes since I'm jonesin to ski, but how much would that cost?

try skiing without brakes. i did it at hood.
try not to eject or else you will quickly hear people yelling "OMG SKIIISS!!!"
