thinking of picking up a pair of billy goats but i’m not sure what length to get. i’m 5’8 and currently skiing 176 j110’s. lots of people say billy goats ski short so idk if i should size up and go 182 or should i just get a 177 billy goat.

Imo go shorter 176 bc if you go longer and you do like it you really wont like the ski, but if you go short and it feels a bit short youll still like the ski. Best would be just to demo each of them if you can

But to answer your question in a way. BG's don't ski short. That doesn't mean they aren't very maneuverable, and pivot well in tight terrain. But on edge they ski long.
