Billy Goat or C&D?

Need something for slaying pow and cliff drops in Jackson hole. The remaining 191CM C&Ds are $200 off and looking tempting. Heard amazing reviews about both skis but I am not as familiar with the Cease and desist.

I already have skis with 98 and 108 waist widths, so this next pair will complete the quiver and be used exclusively for powder. Everything is pretty much pointing towards the C&Ds, but I would appreciate some input from people who have ridden these skis. I spend a lot of time jumping and hauling ass so the billygoats strike me as lighter and easier to slash around in the trees and what not.

Somebody convince me.

I've ridden the 189 BGs out in Jackson this past January right after the system came in and loved em. There are very few days where a 191 C&D is going to outperform a BG. The only times I see that happening are when it is untouched, which doesn't last long out in Jackson. The BG CRUSHES chopped up, wet, manky, snow. It's made to be an all-day resort powder ski if you ask me.

I'd jump to a 116 waist as that will likely get more usage than a 120+.

Shoot the ON3P guys a PM, they're super good about getting back to you.

BG for sure. The cease and desist won't to to we'll once it gets tracked. And I love my billys. Like said above its gonna be very very rare that C&Ds actually outperform the Billy goat

Thanks guys. Yeah I just checked the rocker profile on the C&D and lost interest. Can't imagine that would be much fun in anything besides knee deep pow.

yeah if youd be cat skiing all day then hell yeah....but the BGs are such a sick ski. I basically daily drive mine here in tahoe and have zero complaints. Plenty of ski for big mountain and the dampness of the bamboo is what makes them special. Throw them on edge in a chopped up runout and they will blow right through. Kinda want to get next years to replace the ones i just got haha...that assymetrical tip looks too sexy
