A buddy and I were gonna head up to Stevens tomorrow to hike up to Grace lakes and just roam around. I figured we could bring our bikes and cruise around on those, would security care ya think? Ive skied up there in off season and they were chill, but busted people for sledding. Not sure on their stance of bike riding.

i believe they have in their master plan to incorporate summer use bike trails. but at the moment, i cannot be of help except for random ramblings.

yeah there gonna open up downhill bike trails on hogsback and skyline which is gonna be hella legit when its done

its gona be soo sick. its being built by the same people who built whistler. itll be sick ot have a lift access park 2 hrs away

noo the people who help clear the trails before every season are volunteers. the trail builders who design and build the trails are all professional builders. ive heard this from the stevens website and the same people who own whistler bought stevens.

I just the whole thing and i didnt see anythinga about pro builders? Stevens might employ people to build teh trails but that doesnt meen there pro. They might have experience and building, and i hope they do, but im not sure where your finding these pros

I hiked stevens in very late June or very early July to ski cowboy and skyline bowl(profile pics!), and there are a few dirt roads that go up to grace lakes and hogsback that could be fun biking. Not sure if they would care or not, but I doubt they would care very much..

Oh, theres also a road that goes from bobsled turn(that turn with a barrier in the middle you go by when going up from the western/seattle side, over tunnel creek) to mill valley, and out the nordic trails to the highway on the other side. It'd be a long ride, but you could do just part of it or work extra hard and do it all! (so tunnel creek, switchback up to hollywood bowl, to gemini in mill valley, down to the nordic trails and 5ish miles on those flats..). Haven't seen it in the summer much, but have skied over it a bunch.
