Big White Opening Day?

does anybody know when it opens? im gunna make it up there for opening day, pretty stoked.
who else is gunna be there?

It's all depends on snow for example 08/09 opening was Dec. 12 and then 09/10 was Nov 14.

The next couple weeks will be crucial for it to snow lots for an early opening.

I'm hoping this year early season happens similar to last years. We just got pounded mid to late october and there was so much snow that lasted a couple of weeks and on November 11 they announced a November 14 opening. We got about 15 cm yesterday and starting around Thursday it is supposed to pour rain in town and if the snow level can hold at 1200m or lower we will have more snow. It takes about 60 cm to open the hill so considering one day got us a 1/4 of the way there its very possible that if the snow can last and that we get more over the next week, that we will be skiing near remembrance day again. In the winter before last we didn't get any snow this time of year. I remember looking at the webcam mid November being stoked on a 3 cm base.
