Big white grad trip

there's over 1000 kids coming from the lower mainland that are dropping into Kelowna and skiing at big white jan 24- feb 1. I'm on the trip, and i was just wondering what the base was like there from an honest perspective. is it safe to bring new pow skis? i've skied there before and it was super dope, but i can imagine there needing to be a pretty big base to cover the undergrowth. And if a fellow ns'er is skiing that weekend message me. i'll probs be skiing with one or two homies, but it'd be sick to ski with someone who knows the mountain. peace.

damn thats alot of people...there should be enough to cover most of the rocks at big white, branches, logs and sticks arent really a problem to your bases. i rode brand new arg's when there was 80cm's here and i only had a couple scratches that didnt even need to be p-texed so you should be fine with your skis as long as you watch out

i'm going as well, im just bringing my park skis, looks like it will be sunny hardpack probably. look for me in green jacket, beige pants, white bern helmet and NS stickers!

thats a big trip, it looks like we will get some snow this week but as of now its icy, so park is the best place unless it snows.

Agreed and dress warm. It was cold today. I will probably head up tomorrow, and probably sunday, but my car just bit the dust. Anyone want to carpool sunday?

thanks a bunch- if you see me up there i i'm wearing a mint airblaster jacket and brown pants and a black helmet, and i'll be on either jj's or invaders.

i was quite impressed by the park setup big white had. looots of nice rails and jibs, unfortunately the tables were closed :'(
